Glenn Bloodworth provided an introductory overview on good colour management &amp; workflows, and Mike MacKay provided advise on the trials and tribulations of monitors &#8211; how to select them [differences in technology, etc], what are the good ones, and how to calibrate them.<br \/>\nHard copies of the two presentations are available on the RAPC website. Go to the &#8220;Newsletters- Documents-Files&#8221; menu [upper right side on home page] and in the pull-down menu go to the &#8220;Techniques and Tools&#8221; listing. Check on that sub-menu and you&#8217;ll find the two pdf files listed, posted today, Oct. 25th. One is called <strong>&#8220;Overview: Good Colour Management Workflow&#8221; and the other is termed &#8220;Monitors*#@!&#8221;.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe 3rd session in the RAPC series on colour management is this coming Nov. 3rd &#8211; the<br \/>\n&#8220;Gallery Workshop&#8221;. This session will cover colour management in preparing images for the club&#8217;s digital gallery, for slide showcases, and for competitions. Spaces are still available for sign up.
