Hello Club Members,<\/em><\/p>\n

I am forwarding the following invitation to individual club members to
\nparticipate in the Music and Beyond Festival.<\/em><\/p>\n

The following information has also been provided:<\/em><\/p>\n

” Unfortunately, there will be no compensation. As I recall, no
\nphotographers from RA Club the year I previously worked with the Club were
\npaid. As you know, most festivals, including ours are non-profits. There
\nwill be no commercial photographers involved. We don’t have the budget to
\npay any photographers.<\/em><\/p>\n

As to use of the photos, they have the potential to be used in any of the
\nfollowing ways: in our social media (Twitter, Facebook), on our website, in
\nour advertising material, especially posters, and also next year’s Souvenir
\nProgram. It’s difficult for me to say beyond that at this time”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hi Robert Matyas,<\/em><\/p>\n

My name is Molly, and I work in media and marketing for the festival, Music
\nand Beyond. We have two fundraising events planned for later in September,
\nand I was wondering whether a call could be put out to the RA Club
\nphotographers for people who’d like to come and shoot the events. Both are
\nat Saunders Farm in Munster.<\/em><\/p>\n

I ask because I remember when I worked at the Tulip Festival, several
\nphotographers from the club came to document the events.<\/em><\/p>\n

I’d be grateful if you’d kindly let me know if this would be possible and
\nwhat other information you would need.<\/em><\/p>\n
