An interesting competition for the RAPC as there seemed to be more than the usual difficulties with the assignment definition – essentially a Still Life photo where the photographer makes the picture. This led to a higher number of disqualifications although all were given a second and sometimes third chance.
\nThere were 112 accepted entries and 31 ribbons awarded. The “Slide of the Night”<\/strong> went to Dennis Blonde whose photo, Venetian Glass, was really magnificent. Judges were Janet Street, Raymond Aubin and our own Howard Sandler.<\/strong> All were well qualified to judge this competition and did a great job.<\/p>\n
