\"LONDON_TIMES_Artist_Talk_with_Special_Presenter_Julian_Armour_of_Music_andBeyond\"
\nIn May 2014, STUDIO 255<\/strong> travelled to the remarkable and historic city of London.<\/p>\n

In the exhibition, LONDON TIMES<\/a>, on view at Exposure Gallery, Ottawa (September 18 to November 5, 2014) and curated by Michael Tardioli<\/strong>, Bolton<\/a> presents theatres that stayed open during the bombing of World War II and still stand today; Gossage<\/a> provides a view ofthe city through rain-streaked glass with her dreamy visions of London streets; Hossack<\/a>, who explored Sir Winston Churchill’s London, presents her studies of the bunker complex known as the Churchill War Rooms; and Wallace<\/a> showcases some distinctive aspects of selected pre-1939 London pubs, a tapestry of interiors that meet rigid criteria of historic authenticity and architectural importance.<\/p>\n

For the Artist Talk<\/strong> on October 9, Studio 255 is very pleased to welcome Julian Armour<\/strong>, Artistic and Executive Director of Music and Beyond as special presenter. Julian will link selected pieces of English music to the images in the gallery.<\/p>\n
