“Your image should capture the magical feeling of winter.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Knowing how much we Canadians love winter, it was a bit of a surprise to learn that the Winter Wonderland Competition<\/em> had attracted only 89 entries, the lowest showing of the season. And we were deprived of any promotion. Still the average score was a respectable 20.5 points and the competitors garnered a total of 33 ribbons.<\/p>\n

The judges: Charles Frost<\/strong>, from the Camera Club of Ottawa; Jim Sutton<\/strong>, one of RAPC’s three Masters; Gord Weber<\/strong>, voted Ottawa Top Photographer three times by the readers of Face Magazine<\/em>. The MC was John Elliott<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
