{"id":21256,"date":"2016-04-14T08:01:45","date_gmt":"2016-04-14T12:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.raphotoclub.ca\/wp\/?p=21256"},"modified":"2016-04-14T08:01:45","modified_gmt":"2016-04-14T12:01:45","slug":"sppq-gala-presentation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.raphotoclub.ca\/wp\/?p=21256","title":{"rendered":"SPPQ Gala Presentation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have 4 tickets for the SPPQ Gala Presentation to be held on Monday April 25<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; two of which have still to be spoken for.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">People that are going so far <span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">for the evening by\u00a0fulling a car with 4 people:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bill Woodley &lt;<a href=\"mailto:woodleycw@aol.com\" target=\"_blank\">woodleycw@aol.com<\/a>&gt;<br \/>\nRichard Quesnel &lt;<a href=\"mailto:rquesnel9@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\">rquesnel9@gmail.com<\/a>&gt; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Promotion de la Photographie au Qu\u00e9bec (SPPQ) represents about 50 Photo Clubs in the province of Qu\u00e9bec (see link below). The Gala Night is a showcase for the \u00ab\u00a0best of year\u00a0\u00bb \u00a0images and Awards are given in a 4 major cat\u00e9gories\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual Club Member images;<\/li>\n<li>Interclub Competition based on Annual themes such as\u00a0: Animal, Human, Nature, or Black &amp; White;<\/li>\n<li>Audio Visual of the Year \u2013 3 best will be shown; and<\/li>\n<li>Photo Book of the Year \u2013 3 best will be presented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It may seem like a lot of presentations but I can assure you that all happens at \u00a0very rapid pace and I have not been disappointed in the years that I have gone.
