These are also on the Club&#8217;s website under the Documents, Competitions folder. You must be signed in to the website in order to access the folder.<\/p>\n<p>October \u201cNature &#8211; Slice of Light\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022\tWe will use the CAPA 2008 Nature Competition Rules. These rules will be posted on the website.<br \/>\n\u2022\tImages of animals in captivity are permitted provided the hand of man is not evident.<\/p>\n<p>November \u201cPlaying with Time\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022 Your image must incorporate the topic. <\/p>\n<p>January \u201cMultiple Exposure\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022 Your image must incorporate multiple exposure, whether in camera or composited in post. <\/p>\n<p>February \u201cEmbracing the Sun\u201d<br \/>\n\u2022 Your image subject must embrace the topic. <\/p>\n<p>March &#8220;Panning&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2022 Your image must make use of panning. <\/p>\n<p>April \u201cFaces &#038; Figures &#8211; Authentic Moment&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2022\tA photographic portrait which is a representation of a living person, especially the face, or a photograph in which the subject, the human body, is the primary interest.<br \/>\n\u2022\tEntries are limited to POSED photographs of one or more human beings.<br \/>\n\u2022\tThe backgrounds may include statues or paintings of people, providing these are not the primary subject.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPet and animal portraits are excluded.<br \/>\n\u2022\tThere are no restrictions on location (indoors or outdoors) nor on lighting (ambient or artificial) however both must be considered and controlled.<\/p>\n<p>The Competitions Committee is looking forward to your submissions and active participation! <\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix\"><span class='ldc-ul_cont' onclick=\"alter_ul_post_values(this,'21685','like')\" >Likes<img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.raphotoclub.ca\/wp\/wp-content\/plugins\/like-dislike-counter-for-posts-pages-and-comments\/images\/up.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/>(<span>0<\/span>)<\/span><span class='ldc-ul_cont' onclick=\"alter_ul_post_values(this,'21685','dislike')\" >Dislikes<img src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.raphotoclub.ca\/wp\/wp-content\/plugins\/like-dislike-counter-for-posts-pages-and-comments\/images\/down.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/>(<span>0<\/span>)<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The competition topics for the Club&#8217;s upcoming 2018-2019 season are listed below.
