Ottawa, ON: November 30, 2010- A Jeep Patriot flipped onto its side in front of the Burkina Faso Embassy, 48 Range Road in Sandy Hill just before noon on Tuesday. Ottawa Fire Services personnel cut open the roof of the vehicle and extricated the female drive with the help of Paramedics. (Note: a Handicap Permit on the dashboard)
