Photo Techniques Workshop – Sunday, February 22, 2015
Registration is now open for the: Photo Techniques Workshop. Please register through the “Events Sign Up” on the club Web Site.
The target audiences for this workshop are Beginner and Intermediate Photographers as well as anyone else who might need a “refresher”
What will the workshop cover?
“Camera Smart”:
• Aperture;
• Speed;
• ISO settings;
• White balance;
• Focus;
• Raw/jpeg/tiff;
• In camera controls (sharpening, contrast, color space);
• Exposure; and
• Bracketing.
“Photo Smart”:
• Light;
• Composition; and
• Perspective.
Venue details:
8:30 am to 4 pm in the RA Centre Courtside A – 2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, ON. Please arrive by 8:15 am.
RA Photo Club member fee $25
Non members may register after February 15 for $35

Minimum/Maximum number of participants: 10/20
You will be contacted later about methods of payment.
For this workshop, please bring:

Your camera with the battery fully charged;
• A memory card with room to spare;
• Your card reader;
• Your user manual;
• A memory stick; and
• Ideally your laptop computer, but at minimum a notebook and pen.
