The Avant-garde Competition submissions were judged on Thursday November 25th, 2010 and the presentation night was on November 30th, 2010.
The Judges were:
- Diane Lepage (Member of the Camera Club of Ottawa for 17 years, and avid Nature photographer)
- Yannis Souris (Recognized three years in a row with Photographer of the Year awards in Ottawa)
- Robin Spencer (Recognized as the Master of the Soft Focus Portrait, and has many national and international awards to his name)
Some stats:
- 23 prints and 140 digital slides where submitted for a total of 163
- 95 junior level submissions with an average score of 17.8
- 44 intermediate level submissions with an average score of 18.75
- 21 senior level submissions with an average score of 19.81
- 3 master level submissions with an average score of 20
