Feast or famine! At the last competition (Architecture), 80 ribbons were awarded; this time, 23. No Print of the Night and no Slide of the Night, because no score was 26 or higher. “Too many design elements!” was the judges’ plaintive refrain. It seems with abstract themes like Shadows, simplicity is quickest path to the judges’ hearts.
