If you meant to register for the Fall edition of this… but just didn’t quite get around to it your Education Committee is giving you a second chance. They have re-scheduled the PTW I session for February 26 so if you are interested please read the details below.
Photo Techniques Workshop will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2011 in Courtside B from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Minimum 10 Maximum 20. Fee $25.00
This workshop is run by members of the Club for members of the Club.
Topics to be covered are as follows:
Camera Smart – aperture, speed, iso, white balance, focus, Raw/Jpeg/Tiff, in camera controls (sharpening, contrast, color space), exposure and bracketing.
Photo Smart – light, composition, perspective.
As well as hands on assignments throughout the day.
Black/Grey/White cards will be handed out at the workshop.
All course material will be emailed to the participants the day prior to the workshop.
Lunch is available at the Fieldhouse or you can bring your own.
Bring your camera fully charged, extra battery (fully charged), user manual, notebook and pen.
Registration will be available at the East Desk, RA Center in person (Monday to Sunday 7:30 am to 10:00 pm) of by phone at 613-736-6224 (Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 5:30 pm) – Have your credit card ready or online at the RA Center website.
