An update of what is happening in the galleries about town includes 3 new exhibitions.
The first, at Carleton University Art Gallery, is an exhibition by Laura Letinsky: Still Life in Photographs 1997-2012. This show will be open between September 16, 2013 and January 19, 2014. For further information – http://cuag.carleton.ca/index.php/exhibitions/183/
At the Canadian War Museum until March 23rd, 2014, there is an exhibition entitled Two Views – Photographs by Ansel Adams and Leonard Frank. Two Views showcases evocative images of Japanese Americans and Japanese Canadians and their treatment by US and Canadian governments during the Second World War.
