It’s with great sadness that we inform all RAPC members that one of our active participants, John Groves, had passed away this week from a very aggressive brain tumor.
John was the Leader of the Tools and Techniques Group since the start of the 2014-15 program year, and before that, Assistant Leader of the group for two years. He was a member of the club for 6 years, and was always a quiet helpful individual, willing to assist in whatever was required.
He also won the RAPC’s Outstanding Contribution Award in 2015.
Further information about the funeral arrangements will be given shortly.
