Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2020 (7:00-8:30PM)
Format: Zoom – Pre-registration required by midnight June 14th, 2020
Join Jackie Kramer as she takes us on a journey through her digital garden where she will share a variety of in-camera and post-processing techniques to bring out the character in floral subjects.
Jackie will explain the decisions she makes in the field regarding the selection of subject, background, composition, lighting, exposure and depth of field to achieve the desired effect. Techniques will include straight-forward macro, selective focus, shoot-throughs, abstracts, in-camera multiples, the application of textures and post-processing. She will demonstrate her approach and techniques using her own photos as well as two photos from RA Club members.
If you would like one of your macro floral photo to be used by Jackie, please send it to Danielle Labonté (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 5PM, June 10. A draw will be made to select two images.
