The first figure workshop of the 2011-2012 season was held on Saturday, August 6. The session, fully subscribed with six participants, focused on selective lighting to create bodyscapes and silhouettes.
Hours after the session ended, the workshop leader, Mike Giovinazzo, had all his pictures processed, and 65 of them “proofed” and posted on website.
I imported mine into Lightroom using the setting B&W Creative – High Contrast. So far all I did was some Lightroom adjustments. None of the posted images have been in Photoshop yet.
Still, Speedy Gonzales has nothing on Speedy Giovinazzo. Hats off to Mike!
