The next slide showcase of the new season will be right after the announcements at the
meeting on Tuesday, November 8.
To be included in that showcase, members must
a) provide up to six film slides to me at the November 1 meeting, before the meeting or during the break; OR
b) submit up to six digital slides to the Slide Showcase Submission page, accessible from the home page of the website, no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday November 3 – that’s 12:00 as defined by the web server’s clock, not necessarily yours, so be a bit early; OR
c) if you wish to submit up to three panorama-format slides to be projected and panned through, OR a video clip up to 42 seconds in length, your submission must be given to me on a CD or DVD at the November 1 meeting, since the website won’t accept either kind of
submission. Also, you must send me an email no later than noon this coming Saturday, October 29, telling me of your intention to submit a panorama or video entry, so I can discuss the technical details with you by email before Tuesday November 1.
