The Education Committee of the RA Photo Club is pleased to announce that registration
is open for the Gallery Workshop which will be held on November 19, 2011, in Clark
Hall of the RA Centre, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
What will the workshop cover?– participants will, by the end of the session, generate images suitable for electronic submission for galleries, competitions and showcases as well as basic editing in preparation for printing at home or at a lab.
Who is this workshop for?-members of the RA Photo Club who wish to submit images to the club for inclusion in competitions, showcases, or galleries.
When and where will the workshop be held?Date: November 19, 2011
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
Location: Clark Hall of the RA Centre
What should you bring?Bring your laptop computer and whatever photo editing software you use. Also bring digital files of your favourite pictures. Your camera is not needed for this session.
How do you register?
The workshop fee for RA Photo Club members is $12 plus HST (total, $13.56),
which covers the cost of services provided by the RA.
Pre-registration is mandatory; there will be no registration on the day of the
workshop. The workshop is limited to a maximum of 30 participants. So register
