2008 Ottawa Pride Flag
I was one of the official photographers for the 2008 Ottawa Pride Parade. During the parade a group of people were walking toward me carrying a 30 by 60 foot flag. On a whim I got down as low as I could. As they passed over me with the flag, I took the above photo.
I became interested in photography when I learned how to develop photos with my father. I remember the awe I felt when, by the red safe light, I saw my first black and white image appearing in the developer solution.
